The Philadelphia 76ers have confirmed that the team will wear Crypto.com’s logo on the uniform, making them the second NBA team to wear crypto-related ad patches.
The first one was the Portland Trail Blazers which signed a contract with StormX in July of this year.
The collaboration between the Sixers and Crypto.com is scheduled to last for six years. The exact figure wasn’t divulged, but rumors say that it is valued at eight figures per year.
Crypto.com signed with other important sports entities before, such as Formula 1, Montreal Canadiens, and Paris Saint-German, this being its first collaboration with the NBA.
“Crypto.com will be woven into the fabric of our identity, and together, we will change the landscape for how crypto is integrated in sports,” declared 76ers President of Business Operations Chris Heck.
