CoinMENA is a crypto exchange that will soon be launched in Bahrain as it just received its license from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB).
This “Crypto Assets Services Company License” will allow CoinMENA to fully operate as a regulated crypto exchange and onshore platform. The license basically means that this company has met all the necessary operational, technical, and security requirements.
CoinMENA has plans to spread across the Middle East and North Africa in countries such as Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. The company is also certified by the Shariyah Review Bureau as a Sharia-compliant platform.
For starters, the company will support the five major cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ether, XRP, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash.
The co-founder and managing director of CoinMENA, Dina Sam’an:
The company started working on its crypto trading platform over two years ago.
