The chief finance officer of Binance, Wei Zhou, is no longer working for the company, related a spokesperson for Binance.
“After three years at Binance, Wei has decided to leave for personal reasons. While we cannot comment on what Wei will do next, we would like to thank him for his services and contributions during his time here,” revealed the spokesperson in an email.
Zhou joined Binance in 2018 following his “over 15 years of executive experience” in both finance and technology industries. He is a graduate of the Harvard University. He previously served as the vice-chairman at Grindr, the most popular LGBT dating app, before he joined Binance.
