Revolut Becomes WeWork’s First Enterprise Member to Use Bitcoin to Pay for Office Space

Office-sharing giant WeWork revealed that Revolut is now its first enterprise member to use crypto in order to pay for a 300-employee office space. The office is situated in Dallas, USA, and it is the largest WeWork one in the country.

WeWork started accepting crypto as a form of payment this spring. Coinbase was among the first to begin paying for its membership using crypto. Various cryptos are accepted via BitPay, such as Bitcoin, Ether, and USDC.

Rhebeckha D’Silva, the global head of real estate at Revolut, declared:

“We’re excited to continue on our rapid growth trajectory with an innovative partner like WeWork that affords us the flexibility to pay using cryptocurrency – a technology whose future we vehemently believe in – as Revolut expands in the U.S. and around the world.”
