The President of Daymark, Aldo Baiocchi, has declared: “Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency are two of the most disruptive innovations of our time,” adding that, while other cars will continue to depreciate in value, Spiritus will be able to “pay for itself while it’s parked.”
This declaration came as part of the announcement that Daymak’s first prototype, Spiritus, has officially begun mining crypto, both Proof-of-Work and Proof-of-Stake coins.
Spiritus will rely on the patent-pending Daymak Nebula platform to mine crypto. Nebula is seen as being the first comprehensive cryptocurrency suite for electric vehicles in the world that will permit Spiritus cars to mine and manage crypto from anywhere.
In less than 24 hours, Daymak registered a profit of $12.25.
The car will be officially released in 2023 at the base price of $20,000. Each car will represent a node on the blockchain.
