Investor and entrepreneur Dan Tapiero has announced it will launch a $200 million fund under the name of 10T Holdings. Its goal is to invest in crypto startups.
Tapiero is known for being a bitcoin advocate for a long time. He has filed the launch of the new fund on Tuesday, as documents at SEC attest.
He joins many other institutional investors that now have a high interest in the crypto industry since bitcoin returned gains close to 300% over the previous year.
The filing also names other known investors, such as Michael Dubilier and Stan Miroshnik.
