Revolut Adds Several Important Tokens to Trade on Its App

Revolut has added a series of eight other cryptocurrencies for trading on the platform as it gets closer to being a super finance app.

Revolut now lets you buy and sell Cosmos, New Kind of Network, Polygon, Algorand, Celo, Brand Protocol, Chainlink, and Tello. In total, Revolut offers almost 30 digital currencies. In order to see the new list, you need to update the app.

Two months ago, Revolut added 11 other cryptos on the platform, namely, Cardano, Uniswap, Synthetix, Yearn Finance, Uma, Bancor, Filecoin, Numeraire, Loopring, Orchid, and The Graph.

The first crypto registered on Revolut was Bitcoin in July of 2017. Ethereum and Litecoin followed suit.

The announcement comes just as some people are reporting that UK banks like Monzo, Barclays, and Starling have blocked the possibility of transferring funds to crypto exchanges over fears regarding financial crimes.

At the same time, the company is busy expanding in the US, with Revolut’s global head of sales Matthew Acton Davis declaring: “We are investing heavily in growth in the US over the course of this year. Overall, it’s one of the largest bets that we have as an organization.”
